REGISTRATION REQUIREMENTS

Note: The student must appear in person at the Registration and Student Affairs Department, fill out the registration application and submit the following requirements.
- Copy of ID card & Passport.
- Copy of Guardian ID or Passport.
- 4 Passport size photos (blue background).
- QR 300 (for registration & placement test) – nonrefundable.
- For students in Qatar: Certified high secondary school certificate with 70%, except for Qatari students with an average of no less than 75% (National Service Academy requirements) to obtain admission to the academy.
- International students:
- Attach a certificate from the transitional school stages (sixth, ninth, and twelfth grades) certified by the Ministry of Education and the Qatar embassy in your country to start the student visa procedures.
- Attach a certified and approved Police Clearance Certificate by the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and Qatar embassy in your country.
- Pass the interview.
- According to each candidate's major, we will provide them with both letters (Police clearance certificate and fitness certificate).
