How to Apply and Enroll in Qatar Aeronautical Academy Programs

Apply Now The Registration and Students Affairs Department at Qatar Aeronautical Academy serves as the starting point for an educational journey rich with opportunities and challenges. The department is dedicated to facilitating students' enrollment in the Academy's programs by providing them with all the necessary admission requirements and procedures to ensure the timely submission of accurate documentation.

Applicants can apply and submit their supporting documents through the QAA Online Admission Application Portal.​

Admission Requirements

• Admission requirements:

  • Recent Photo: Passport size photo,blue background,formal attire,clear face.
  • Copy of ID card & Passport: A clear scanned copy of the applicant's passport and ID.
  • Copy of Guardian ID or Passport: A clear scanned copy of the guardian's passport or ID.
  • English Proficiency: Valid test scores from IELTS.
  • Equivalency Certificate: Copy of equivalency certificate (If International Certificate or Private Secondary School).
  • Recommendation letter: A letter from the applicant's school or employer confirming their academic abilities, personal character and suitability for a career in the aviation sector.
  • Personal statement: Highlighting applicant's interest in the aviation field at Qatar Aeronautical Academy, skills and goals (250-500 words).
  • Optional Test Scores: Valid test scores from ACT, SAT.
  • Pass the interview.
  • Registration Fees: 500 QR (Non-refundable).

  • Stu​dents in Qatar:
    • Copy of high school certificate with a minimum average of 75​%.​​
    • Qatari applicants with a high school average below 75% will not be accepted unless they submit a National Service Deferment Letter.​​​​
    • National Address Certificate.​
    • International students:
      • A copy of high school certificate attested ​by the Ministry of Education and Higher Education , and the Qatari Embassy.
      • Copy of Police clearance certificate, attested by the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and the Qatari Embassy in the applicant's country.
    • Note:
      
      Applicants will be provided with two letters (Request for a Police clearance certificate / Medical Examination based on specialization).
      Each applicant is allowed to submit only one application for admission to the academy, and repeated applications for more than one program will not be considered.
